My monthly sales report used to take 5–8 hours to pull together. I built Squad Metrics to make that work easier. Now I spend about 30 minutes a week keeping iit updated, with a rolling four-week sales view, reports, and an AI feature for asking questions about the data.

AI doesn't have to become another project.

After one introductory session, participants were already using AI for ordinary things they needed to accomplish. One created a garage-sale poster and used ChatGPT to organize information about her reflexology services for a newsletter. Another used what she learned to help a friend improve an image prompt for a coloring book.

That is the kind of AI help I offer: start with something real, work through it together, and leave knowing what to try next.
